01 – Beginning
My Journey

My vision of becoming financially independent began during my first year at university in London. I took up small jobs in the university library and mentored international students who did not speak English.
Throughout my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, every summer break became an opportunity to gain experience—working with marketing firms, retail stores, cinemas and event companies.
Before completing my master’s degree, I secured a full-time position at Sportsyndicator, a digital advertising company in London. Shortly afterwards, I was trusted with one of the biggest opportunities of my early career: establishing and leading the company’s back-office operations in India and building a team from the ground up.
With a successful career and a healthy bank balance, I felt I was doing perfectly well. I was earning, paying my own bills and enjoying my independence. I bought myself a brand-new, limited-edition purple Honda Civic and took a month-long holiday to the United States, followed by a week in Singapore.
My bank balance soon dropped drastically—but I believed I could simply earn it all again.
Then I received a letter informing me that the company was liquidating its UK business and closing its operations in India.
The Turning Point
02 – The Realisation
Building Lasting Financial Security
That experience taught me that life will always have its ups and downs—and that active income can stop at any time. I needed to understand how to ensure I would never face the same financial uncertainty again.
I began with small investments in fixed deposits and gold. Over time, I progressed to real estate and built an investment portfolio that created passive income.
For the first time, I felt truly at peace. I had choices and less to fear. No matter what uncertainty life brought—whether I had an active income or not—my money was working for me.
During my entrepreneurial journey, I met hundreds of investors and noticed something: the tables and rooms where investments were discussed were overwhelmingly filled with men.
At the same time, I met countless successful female entrepreneurs who earned excellent incomes and ran thriving businesses yet had never developed a long-term investment strategy. Many were exceptional at saving money, but very few had the confidence or guidance to invest it.
03 – Our Purpose

I created Investor Ladies because financial independence should not be reserved for a select few.

Investor Ladies is a community where ambitious women connect, grow, learn together, discover opportunities, celebrate one another’s success and create a life filled with choices.
For me, Investor Ladies is more than a business.
It is my purpose.
