Vandana Kapur is an entrepreneur, real estate professional, investor and community builder who is passionate about empowering women to achieve financial freedom and create a life of choice.
My Journey
I’ve always believed that time is our greatest wealth. Once it’s gone, we never get it back. That belief has shaped every stage of my career.
While studying in London, I couldn’t sit idle. Every summer break became an opportunity to gain experience through internships, learning everything I could about business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
Before completing my Master’s degree, I was offered a full-time position at Sportsyndicator, a digital advertising company in London. Shortly afterwards, I was trusted with one of the biggest opportunities of my early career—to establish and lead the company’s back-office operations in India, building an entire team from the ground up.
Those experiences taught me leadership, resilience and the confidence to build something of my own.
In 2015, I founded my marketing agency, The Channel, helping businesses grow through strategic marketing and branding.
My entrepreneurial journey eventually led me to Dubai, where I discovered another passion—real estate.
In 2019, I entered the Dubai real estate market, fascinated by how property could become one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth.
By 2021, I had launched my own real estate company, working closely with investors from around the world.
The Inspiration Behind Investor Ladies
While meeting hundreds of investors, I noticed something that stayed with me.
The rooms were overwhelmingly filled with men.
Many wives attended investment meetings, yet they were often occupied with their children or quietly observing the conversations rather than participating in them.
At the same time, I met countless successful female entrepreneurs who were earning excellent incomes, running thriving businesses, yet had never developed a long-term investment strategy. Many were exceptional at saving money, but very few had the confidence or guidance to invest it.
That realization became the inspiration behind Investor Ladies.
Why Investor Ladies Exists
I created Investor Ladies because I believe financial independence shouldn’t be reserved for a select few.
Women deserve the knowledge, confidence and community to make informed financial decisions, grow their wealth and create opportunities for future generations.
For me, Investor Ladies is more than a business.
It is my purpose.
A place where ambitious women support one another, learn together, celebrate each other’s success and become financially empowered.
Because when women build wealth, they build stronger families, stronger businesses and stronger communities.
